Dr. Vincent J. Guerra has ministered in Blacksburg since 1975 and has been the pastor of TSCC since its inception in 1985.  While Pastor Vince was born and raised in New York City, together, he and Ruth raised three children and were married in 1966. Pastor Vince earned his Doctorate of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary.

After a two year battle with cancer, Ruth Guerra went home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2010.  All who knew Ruth miss her tremendously.
